StraighterLine’s Early Childhood Education division supports educators nationwide through learning management systems, certification platforms, and workforce registries. Some of our platforms are funded and shaped in partnership with state agencies and other public-sector clients.
We are seeking a Business Analyst who can independently manage systems and software initiatives, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive implementation as part of an agile delivery team.
This is a client-facing role. You will work directly with external government (B2G) stakeholders who fund and influence portions of our software development, while also partnering closely with internal teams across Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, structured documentation, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance external client needs with internal technical realities.
